CCC is committed to operating in a manner that is consistent with its vision and mission. As a not-for-profit, CCC both lives within its means and seeks financial independence and empowerment for its employees, the organization, and all constituents.
Relational
CCC values the personal and direct relationships it builds with constituents. We consider ourselves neutral financial counselors, advocates, allies, and mentors. We seek to develop vested on-going professional relationships with our clientele so that we become an individual and community partner, not simply a source of information and services.
Transformational
CCC seeks to shift paradigms in people and in the nation. Beyond just providing services, we seek to create long term change in people’s mental models.
